Large oil on canvas, stormy coastal scene by London born artist Thomas O'Donnell.

Born in Maida Vale, London in 1944 to Irish parents, Thomas O'Donnell was a civil engineer & steel fixer by profession but he was also an accomplished artist. He worked in construction in the Middle East before returning to London where he was employed on various engineering projects, including the Millennium Bridge.

Presented in a contemporary black wooden frame, signed lower left corner.
